IT’S OFFICIAL! TRH Prince Andrew and Princess Jade are in a relationship

The royal palace has just confirmed that TRH Prince Andrew of Simovia and Princess Jade of Fairlake are in a committed relationship, and have been, since before the end of the war. Their royal highnesses had chosen not to announce their relationship to the public earlier as both wished to let their relationship grow in a more natural way, out of the public eye. However, it has been no secret that the Fairlake princess had been spending a lot of time in Simovia as a guest of the royal family and rumours of the two dating have been circling around for years.

In fact, many had hoped that they would already announce their engagement instead of just confirming what the public already knew. When asked about an engagement, HRH Prince Andrew looked at his girlfriend, smiling, and said “Not at this stage, but who knows... perhaps sooner than you’d think?”

Now the question remains, will the happy couple be soon moving into their own quarters. Traditionally the royal couples have lived apart until marriage, but both Prince Andrew and Prince Jade are known to break with tradition more often than not.

While questions remain unanswered, Simovians around the country were delighted to be receiving some happy news from the royal family for a change.

Baptism of Crown prince Frederick of Véllia - part 1

Today it’s finally time for Crown prince Frederick’s baptism. Per Véllian royal tradition, this marks the third month since the royal baby’s birth, which also marks the end of Her Majesty Queen Alice’s maternity leave.

First to arrive was the Véllian royal couple together with the day’s main star. HRH Crown prince Frederick was seen wearing the same baptism gown worn by generations of Véllian royal babies. His parents looked wonderful in their contrasting black and white outfits. HM Queen Alice wore a white dress matched with a floral headband and diamond earrings, while HRH Prince Leo wore the new national uniform. 

HRH Prince Leo was seen supporting his wife with a soft hand on her lower back as they walked together to the cathedral. Looking as much in love today as they did on their wedding day almost one year ago, it was a sweet sight to behold. Many were also quick to notice how the future Véllian king was seen smiling as he was being carried by his mother.

Next to arrive was the Elvarian queen, Her Majesty Queen Eleanor of Elvaria. Looking absolutely wonderful in her lilac ensemble, she waved to the crowd as she made her way into the crowd. Various sources have claimed that Queen Eleanor was one of the first international guests invited to the baptism, as the two queens have known each other for a long time. If the claim is true or not remains unconfirmed by official royal sources. 

Following the Elvarian queen was the Byukuyian imperial couple. Emperor Ryoma is known to have been close to the Véllian queen since their childhood, which makes his appearance given. Honoring their own national color in their outfits, the pair looked very handsome as they greeted the masses on their way to the cathedral.

Next was the ever so beautiful queen of Simovia, today dressed in a classy champagne outfit. Her Royal Majesty Queen Alma of Simovia is known to be close to the Véllian queen, despite not being seen spending time together for quite a while. That being said, it has come to the public’s attention that Queen Alma’s been dealing with a lot both personally and politically back in Simovia, making her appearance even more appreciated today.  Not entirely unexpected, Queen Alma was seen together with His Grace Landgraaf van Hoensbroek, who has been seen spending time with the queen for a while now. Sources close to the Véllian royal family have claimed that Queen Alice is very excited to finally be able to meet Erasmus for the first time.

Fourth to arrive was the Anyian royal couple, looking dashing and beautiful in black and blue. His Majesty King Alexander wore the traditional Anyian monarch’s uniform while his wife, Queen Felicia, wore a cute light blue dress matched with a small floral fascinator. Despite reports of political instability in Anya, both was seen smiling and waving to the public as normal.

Blinding with her beauty, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Victoria of Fairlake arrived to the venue dressed in a stunning display of sky blue. The flowy dress was matched with a floral hatinator and white pumps, making her outfit both romantic and classy. Princess Victoria was last seen in Véllia for the royal wedding, then attending with her cousin, HRH Princess Jade of Fairlake. Today she may have attended alone, but still stole the show with her beauty and grace.

Following Princess Victoria was the iconic and stunning Her Royal Highness Athena, Princess Royal of Aducia. The Aducian princess is reported to be a good friend of Princess Zara and is also reported to be one of the first international guests invited to the baptism. The Aducian princess’ mermaid styled dress was sure to catch everyone’s eyes as she greeted the public with her stunning style. Many people also commended her choice of hatinator, honoring both of the colors of the baptism’s color scheme.

Looking striking in red, HRH Princess Alice, the Princess Royal greeted the masses. This being her first time in Véllia, many had their eyes especially looking at her. It was sure to say she did not disappoint in her impeccable choice of outfit and display of confidence.  Sharing the name of the Véllian queen, some sources claim that the two have an inside joke on how to differentiate them. 

Arriving surprisingly late, Her Royal Highness Princess Zara looked beautiful - but tired - in her blue outfit. Holding her son’s hand as they made their way to the cathedral, some claimed she looked pained as she waved to the public, despite putting on a brave smile for the cameras. Reported to be in the middle of a lupus flare, some draw connections to her appearance at the baptism of Crown prince Siegfried of Anya four years ago.  Prince Shiloh was one of the two royal children attending beside the Véllian crown prince. He was a simple button up shirt with blue details matched with black shorts, traditional of Véllian royal boys until the age of 12. Looking as cute as a button, he is truly an important piece of the Véllian royal family.

Arriving in a group of three, the three unmarried Hagian princess looked beautiful in their soft pastel outfits. Her Royal Highness Princess Camilla wore a pinkish dress matched with a simple rose hair detail, while her little sister Her Royal Highness Elise wore a more spectacular fascinator. Some criticized her choice of dress to the hat, saying it was too soft for a sassy piece. Last of the three princesses was the Imperial Princess Sakura of Byukuya. Dressed in a very cute and modest light blue dress, she looked adorable in her white cloche.

Last to arrive was the former Byukuyian princess Lady Hinoka of Hokaido. Walking together with her husband Lord Subaki of Hokaido and daughter Lady Chirikoi of Hokaido. Ever since leaving the Byukuyian royal family 10 years ago, it’s been rare for royal watchers to see Lady Hinoka outside her military job. Today we got to see her in a pretty light blue dress matched with a hatinator paying homage to the noble house she married into. Her husband Lord Subaki was seen wearing the imperial uniform, as he was granted an official place in the imperial cabinet by his Brother-in-law following the wedding. Little Chiriko looked absolutely darling in her blue dress, holding her parents’ hands.

Staying outside to greet everyone, the Véllian royals was seen chatting to the Véllian Archbishop. Again, the public got a glimpse of what seems to be a very happy Véllian crown prince, being held by his father.

Guests Arrive at Princess Victoria’s Wedding: Close Friends of the Bride Arrive!

Close friends of HRH have started arriving at the cathedral including some foreign royalty!

The first to arrive, HRH Princess Mary of Brixton who has grown close to Princess Victoria since the Crown Princess of Alderaan’s Wedding. The friends have been spotted around by paparazzi several times! @thesimsroyalfam

Next to arrive, HRH The Crown Princess of Fairlake. The two Victorias have been friends for a while, she even attended the Crown Princess’s cousin, Princess Jade’s birthday party. @theroyalcoldwells

HRH Princess Adelaide of Valencia follows the Crown Princess of Fairlake. Victoria and Adelaide have been friends for a little over a year, having spent time together in Fairlake at official events. Although she is not an OG #PrincessParty member, she sure has become one! Princess Victoria attended Princess Adelaide’s acceptance of the Humanitarian of the Year award a few weeks ago. @thevalencianroyals

HIH Grand Duchess Margot, cousin and friend of the Bride attends the Royal Wedding! The Grand Duchess and Princess Victoria have known each other since they were infants, the Grand Duchess is in fact the Queen’s goddaughter. HRH attended her cousin’s wedding earlier this year. @krasnoyarsk-nobility

Next to arrive, HRH Princess Isabella of Willow Creek. It is unknown to the pubic how the two became friends but, she was first spotted attending the big shopping trip with foreign princesses. According to insiders. Princess Isabella and Princess Victoria visit each other during holidays! @ourwillowcreekroyals

TRH Crown Princess Helena of Monaca and the Duke of Gloster attend the wedding as well! The Crown Princess and Princess Victoria have been spotted together at State Events around the continent. The two princesses are very close in age, it was only a matter of time before they became friends! @royalfamilyofgrimalldi

Her three last friends to arrive are Lady Ashley Templeton, Lady Georgiana Berkshire, and Lady Ophelia Marimare. The Three Ladies have been friends since childhood all attending the same school, The Windenburgian Academy. Lady Ashley and Lady Georgiana are both models for Simtier, and Simmards (two high quality jewelry brands in Champs Les Sims). Lady Ophelia has become a famous actress and has won six WAFTA awards as well as two Golden Globes. Looks like Princess Victoria’s Wedding has brought lots of A-Listers!

Dean Valent: But Your Royal Highness will at least consider my proposal?

Andrew: I will, yes. 

Dean Valent: Ah, that makes me glad. Your support is much needed especially as our public funding may very well be at risk. The prime minister’s new bill...

Andrew: You know I can’t comment on politics.

Dean Valent: Naturally, Sir, and I understand but surely you must agree that education is vital for our country and if the bill passes, we will be forced to raise our fees. The students… If you could talk to Her Royal Majesty… 

Andrew: Dean Valent, I’ll stop you there. I told you that I would consider your proposal and you know that making education available to all is of great importance to me on a personal level. That said, please don’t make requests that would put both of us in an awkward position.

Dean Valent: I only meant to…

Andrew: Please excuse me.

Dean Valent: Of course. Your Royal Highness.

(moments later)

Andrew: (to himself) You’d think that the man would know better...

???: Well, if it isn’t His Royal Highness. 

Andrew: What? Wait… Nicole?

Nicole: Oh wow, you remembered my name.

Andrew: Didn’t expect me to?

Nicole: No… it’s been, what, six years?

Andrew: Must be. But, what brings you here? 

Nicole: Well, I am an alumnus at the alumni ball...

Andrew: True. Sorry, stupid question.

Nicole: Don’t worry… and anyway, I’m here as a member of the faculty. 

Andrew: Really?

Nicole: Yes. Surprised?

Andrew: Slightly, I didn’t think you’d go into academia. 

Nicole: No? Well, neither did I, but life works in strange ways, doesn’t it? I mean, here you are, behaving, and making friends with the Dean. Quite the change from the party prince I remember. 

Andrew: (laughs) That was a long time ago.

Nicole: So, what else has changed? Still dating that princess from Fairlake?

Andrew: Jade… and yes.

Nicole: She didn’t come with you? The Andrew I know would never come to a party solo unless he had plans to make new… friends.

Andrew: Jade is busy in Fairlake. We try to spend as much time together as possible but she has her duties, and her life, and I have mine. Besides, I’m here in official capacity. 

Nicole: I see. Well, want to join me for the after-party? In less official capacity?

Andrew: I’m afraid I have a full schedule for tomorrow. 

Nicole: That never stopped you before.

Andrew: Well, I’m no longer as young as back then either. 

Nicole: Oh come on, you’re 29, not 79. 

Andrew: (laughs) That may be so but I have a very important appointment first thing in the morning.

Nicole: Entertaining some foreign dignitaries?

Andrew: No… I’m taking my nieces out of the city. Promised them that we would go and see the ponies. So you see, no after-party for me.

Nicole: My, you really have changed.

Andrew: Have I? 

Nicole: Yes. But, it suits you. Even if it would have been fun to relive the old days once more. 

Andrew: Feels like a forever ago.

Nicole: It does, doesn’t it? Well, it was good seeing you, Your Royal Highness. Enjoy your evening. 

Andrew: Thanks, Nicole, you too.

Nicole: Oh and Andrew... if you change your mind about going back to the old days… call me?
